How to resend secure identification link
Occasionally, participants may be unable to locate their secure identification verification email. When that happens, GLASS Hire provides a quick way to resend the verification request directly from the Identifications table.
In this video, you'll learn how to locate an outstanding identification request, resend the secure verification link, and confirm that the request has been successfully delivered again.
