How to view a person’s service history
When you need to review the service history of a specific individual, GLASS Hire provides a faster and more accurate method than searching through the Services table. By accessing a person's record directly, you can view only the services associated with that individual and avoid search errors caused by typos or similar names.
In this tutorial, you'll learn how to access a person's service history from the People table, navigate their service records, and open a full-page view for a larger workspace when reviewing service information.

- 0:05 What if you only need to see the service history for one particular person?
- 0:10 Well, from the Services table, you might search on that person's name, but that leaves room for typos and other mistakes. With GLASS, there is a better way.
- 0:21 Navigate to the People table, and locate the individual you're interested in.
- 0:27 Click his or her table row, and when the person's modal appears, click the "Services" tab.
- 0:35 Now we see a history of services for that person, and that person alone in a table view. You'll find here all features you've come to expect in our tables.
