GLASS Hire makes it simple to request secure identity verification for employees, applicants, and other participants. The identification process is designed to be efficient, secure, and easy to manage from a central location within the platform.

- 0:05 With GLASS, requesting secure identity verifications is easy. From the side navigation bar, click identifications.
- 0:14 It's right under people with a lock symbol. This will take you to the identification page.
- 0:17 If you've requested an identification before, here you'll see the identifications table.
- 0:25 If you haven't requested one before, you'll see an explanation of the service.
- 0:30 In that case, you'll click the request ID verifications button to move forward.
- 0:35 From there, you'll be taken to a selector from which you can choose who to send a request to.
- 0:38 You can manually choose, you can search, or you can just select all of your people in a single click.
- 0:51 Make sure to hit the add persons button below to make your selections is final.
- 0:56 By the way, if any of your organizations have random pools, you can easily add the members to your request with this button.
- 1:02 Now, once you've made your selections, hit checkout and complete your order.
- 1:08 Your requestees will receive an email with a link to start the identification process, and those with appropriate privileges will be notified once it has been completed.
