How to manage random pool member status
Managing employee participation in random testing programs is simple with GLASS Hire. Administrators can quickly update random pool statuses, save changes, and verify updates directly from individual person records.

- 0:05 You can access a list of your persons via the side navigation menu.
- 0:09 First, click "people," then click "all."
- 0:12 To change someone's random pool status, click their table row.
- 0:14 Then, go to the random pool status dropdown at the bottom left of the modal.
- 0:18 After you choose a new random pool status, you'll notice a yellow border.
- 0:24 This indicates that there are unsaved changes on the record.
- 0:27 Click "save person," then close the modal.
- 0:34 And on the table, you'll see that the person's status has been changed.
- 0:38 The process of changing the status to inactive or anything else works the exact same way.
- 0:44 Please note that you may need to wait a few minutes and hit "refresh" for the table to reflect your changes, but you can always view updated information by clicking the table row of the person and viewing their modal.
