- 0:10 Every test ordered in GLASS is a service.
- 0:13 You can access details of each service by clicking on its row in the service table.

- 0:35 For invoiced organizations, GLASS issues monthly statements.
- 0:41 Each invoice contains an itemized list of services purchased, their individual prices, and the total balance due.
- 0:47 Invoices are sent to the email address on file and are always available in the PDF column of the invoices table.
- 0:55 Please bear in mind that balances are due 30 days from the invoice date, after which late fees will be applied.

- 1:04 Everyone represented in GLASS, no matter what role, is considered a person.
- 1:11 Staff and Applicant are subcategories of People. Just think of them as places to store information related to someone's employment with an organization.
- 1:20 Users.
- 1:22 Users are Persons with access to log in to the app.
- 1:28 User permissions determine levels of access to data and enable or remove the ability to perform certain actions, such as deleting records.
- 1:33 You can invite new users from the Users table.
- 1:39 Random Pool.
- 1:41 Our Random Pool Service will, on a monthly or quarterly basis, randomly select eligible employees for testing.
- 1:48 We administer two types of Random Pools: Department of Transportation (DOT) and Non-DOT.
- 1:56 For DOT Random Pools, the Department of Transportation updates the minimum percentages of selections for its various modalities each year.
- 2:05 For Non-DOT Random Pools, it's up to organizations to decide on a minimum percentage or a set number of people to be selected.
