How to change clinic location
Need to change a clinic location after scheduling a service? If the service has not yet taken place, GLASS Hire allows you to quickly update the testing location and automatically notify the participant.
In this video, you'll learn how to access a scheduled service, search for a new clinic by ZIP code, select a replacement location, and resend updated authorization details to the participant.

- 0:05 If a service hasn't yet taken place, you can still change its location.
